Reputation Checker
See what the web and AI tools say about your business
Before people contact you, they look you up. They read reviews, check ratings, search for complaints and, more and more, ask ChatGPT or Gemini. The Reputation Checker brings all of that into one score and shows you exactly what is being said, where, and what to do about it.
The problem
People check you out before they call, and you never see what they found
A new client searches your name with "reviews" or "complaints". They look at your rating, read a forum thread, find an old news article. Then they ask ChatGPT who they should use.
If what they find puts them off, there is no message and no call. Nothing in your analytics tells you why. You simply lost a client you never knew you had.
Most businesses have no clear picture of what is said about them online, or of what AI tools tell people. That is the first thing we show you.
What we check
Six things we track every week
Reviews and ratings
What people write about you on review sites and Google, and the ratings they give, with a link to each page.
Complaints and warnings
What comes up when someone searches your name with "complaints" or "is it legit", before a client sees it.
Forums and news
Client stories on Reddit and forums, press articles, and rankings or awards in your field.
How AI tools describe you
Whether ChatGPT and Gemini describe your business in a positive, neutral or negative way, with their exact words.
Whether AI tools recommend you
For each question your customers ask, whether you are named, in what position, and which competitors are named instead.
Which pages get quoted
The pages the AI tools use as sources, whether yours are among them, and ideas for content that would get you quoted.
Checked, not guessed
Every quote and rating is checked on the page
AI tools sometimes invent things: a review that does not exist, a rating that is wrong. So we open every page we find and read it. If a quote or a rating is not really there, it does not go in your report.
Pages that block automatic visits are marked as not opened, so you always know what was checked. Quotes from ChatGPT and Gemini are kept only when they appear word for word in the answer.
Everything comes together in one reputation score out of 100, and every number can be opened to see the pages and answers behind it.
How it works
From what people say about you to a clear plan
Agree what to watch
Together we choose the searches and the questions your customers really ask, for each market you serve, and the competitors to compare you with.
We check every week
We search the web for what is said about you, put your customers' questions to ChatGPT and Gemini, and check every page we find.
You get a monthly report
Your reputation score over time, what is said and where, the AI answers side by side and the competitors named, in plain language.
We fix what we can
Each report ends with what to change and why. You can do it yourself, or we can do it for you.
Improving your reputation
When the report shows problems, we help fix them
The AI has nothing to quote
We write the pages that answer your customers' questions clearly, with the facts and expertise an AI tool can quote.
SEO CopywritingNobody else mentions you
People and AI tools trust what other sites say about you. Press coverage builds those mentions beyond your own website.
Press Release DistributionYour pages are hard to find or read
We fix the technical and structural issues that stop search engines and AI tools from finding and understanding your pages.
SEO SolutionsThe website itself holds you back
When the site is the problem, we rebuild it from scratch, fast and clearly structured, with its own custom CMS.

FAQ
Questions about the Reputation Checker
Where do you look?
Two places. The web: reviews, ratings, complaints, forums such as Reddit, news, and rankings or awards in your field. And the AI tools: ChatGPT and Gemini, with web search switched on, the way most people use them when they look for a business or an adviser.
How do you make sure the results are real?
Every page we find is opened and read. If a quote or a rating is not actually on the page, it is removed from the report. Pages that block automatic visits are marked as not opened, so you always know what was checked and what was not. Quotes from AI answers are kept only when they appear word for word in the answer.
What is the reputation score?
One number out of 100 that combines two things: what the web says about you (reviews, ratings, complaints, news) and how ChatGPT and Gemini describe you (positive, neutral or negative). Every part of the score can be opened to see the pages and answers behind it.
Can you guarantee a better reputation or that ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is show you exactly where you stand, what is being said and where, which competitors are named instead of you, and what would change the picture.
Why check every week instead of once?
New reviews and articles appear, and AI answers change from one day to the next. A single check can be misleading. Weekly checks show the trend, and you see a new complaint or a bad review early.
What does the free check include?
We run the check on your business and send you what we found: what reviews, forums and news say about you, what ChatGPT and Gemini answered, whether you were named and who was named instead. There is no obligation to continue.
How much does monthly monitoring cost?
It depends on how many searches and questions we track and how many markets you serve. Tell us about your business and we will send you a clear monthly price.
What happens when the report shows problems?
Each report lists what we found and what would help: a missing page, a page AI tools cannot quote easily, too few mentions on other sites, or reviews that need an answer. You can act on it yourself, or we can do it with our SEO, content, press and web design services.
