On your own server
You own it, we look after it
Your tools are installed on hosting in your business's name, not on a shared platform and not on ours. Your data stays with you, and you pay your host directly.
No server yet? No problem. We choose a reliable host, open the account in your business's name and set everything up for you, as part of the setup. You never need to touch it.
You give us access to look after the tools, and we use it only for updates, backups and the help you ask for. If you ever stop the plan, the software and every byte of data stay where they are, with you.

Questions about care plans
What exactly is a care plan?
The monthly service that looks after a tool once it is installed on your server: updates, security fixes, backups, monitoring, support and small changes. You own the software; we keep it healthy.
Is the price per tool?
Yes, per tool and per month, whatever the number of people in your team. Two tools on a plan save 10%, three or more save 15%.
We don't have a server. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Many businesses we work with have never set one up. We choose a reliable host for you and open the account in your business's name, as part of the setup. You pay the host directly, and the server and everything on it stay yours.
What does setting up a tool cost?
A one-off setup fee, from $1,500 per tool, covering installation on your server, your branding, importing your data and training your team. You get a written quote after a free demo.
How long is the commitment?
Twelve months to start with, then month to month with 60 days' notice. Pay a year upfront and you get two months free.
What is not included?
New features and large changes beyond your included hours. We quote those separately, in writing, before any work starts. Your hosting is paid by you, directly to your host.
What happens if we stop?
You keep the software and your data, on your server. If you want a hand-over to another developer, we offer a documented hand-over pack.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Move up at any time; move down at your yearly review.
What about a custom tool?
Custom tools get the same care, priced at about 1.5% of the build cost per month, agreed with the build quote.
