Projects in tabs, drag and drop between To Do, In Progress and Done, urgency, deadlines and a coloured name tag for each person. Team members see only their own tasks.
Team chat
A General channel and private conversations, with replies, @mentions, files, photos, voice notes, smileys and GIFs. Messages are encrypted on the server.
Voice and video calls
One-to-one calls straight from a private chat. The call goes directly between the two browsers, encrypted end to end.
Status and presence
Working, Busy or Not available, set by each person, and Offline automatically when someone closes the app.
Weekly report
The tasks completed in the week, a workload score and a clean layout you copy into Outlook or Gmail in one click.
Housekeeping built in
Chats are kept for two weeks with weekly backups, voice notes disappear after 48 hours, and locked accounts can ask an admin to unlock them.

Questions about Team Workspace
Is the chat secure?
Messages, files and photos are stored encrypted on the server, and pages are only served over HTTPS. Calls go directly between the two browsers and are encrypted end to end by the browsers themselves.
Can our clients see it?
No. The Team Workspace is for your own staff. If you want clients to log in and follow their work, that is what the Client Portal is for.
Do calls work everywhere?
On most office, home and mobile connections, yes. A few very strict networks block direct calls; for those, a relay server can be switched on in the settings.
Who owns the tool?
You do. It is set up for your business, in your name and colours, with no per-user subscription. It runs on your own server, not on a third-party platform and not on ours.
We don't have a server or an IT person. Can we still use it?
Yes. We choose a reliable host, open the account in your business's name and set everything up as part of the setup. You pay the host directly and own the account; we look after the rest.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a few days: a short call to agree what you need, setup in your branding, then a training session for your team.
